1.A plan showing more detail of the canal walk, and also the section lines i have taken from it. Plus pics showing site.
2. Drawing in process…. The sections closer up : without my design on it yet, but the existing site and i drew changes to it, in terms of levels, intervention with wall, site contraints and areas of program. The people show activities and also i defined the various visitors and time spent at the Pharmacy and how at each section, their pathways are separated. This drawing is not yet finished, as i also began to assign herbs to there different areas, depending on the conditions which are needed - shade+sunlight, room for roots, fragrance, more or less enclosure, season etc.
3.Rough experiments with a netting, following up the idea of tension creating pockets of space…
